On this tour, we’ll start from Munich and head down through Italy, crossing stunning mountain passes like Monte Giovo (Jaufenpass) and Passo della Mendola before catching the ferry to Sardinia. Once there, the real adventure begins as we dive into some of the island’s most famous routes, like the incredible coastal stretch between Bosa and Alghero. This scenic road winds along the cliffside, giving you sweeping views of the Mediterranean and the freedom of smooth, flowing curves. It’s no wonder riders call this area a true bucket-list destination!
With two cozy base hotels on Sardinia’s east and west coasts, you can ride luggage-free on day trips, taking time to explore highlights like the harbor town of Alghero with its Catalan charm and the unspoiled Costa Verde. Plus, we’ve planned a dedicated rest day for you to soak in Sardinia’s local culture, rent a boat, or unwind in beautiful seaside villages.
And for those traveling from further away, high-quality adventure motorcycles are available for rent, so you can jump right into the journey. Itinerary
The Day before: Rental Motorcycle Pickup / Early Arrivals Bike Pickup for riders joining on a rental motorcycle, with a Meet & Greet in the evening for those who arrive a day early before the tour begins.
Day 1 (420 km): Munich to Riva del Garda We kick off our journey heading south from Munich towards Italy. Crossing the Brenner Pass, we’ll ride through the Passo di Monte Giovo (Jaufen Pass) and Passo della Mendola, arriving near Riva del Garda for our first night.
Day 2 (375 km): Riva del Garda to Livorno Today, we head south on small roads through Monte Baldo east of Lake Garda, then join the Autobahn towards Modena. From there, we continue on scenic curvy roads to reach the ferry port at Livorno.
Day 3 (270 km): Golfo Aranci to West Coast Sardinia Early morning arrival in Sardinia! We’ll ride to our first base hotel on the west coast, taking in the first taste of Sardinia's famous winding roads along the way.
Day 4 (250 km): West Coast Sardinia Riding without luggage, we head north to Alghero, a picturesque harbor town, following coastal roads with plenty of curves. We return to the hotel via smaller scenic routes.
Day 5 (320 km): West Coast Sardinia Our route takes us south along the renowned Costa Verde, with portions of the ride hugging the coast and offering plenty of tight turns and stunning views.
Day 6 (250 km): West Coast to East Coast Sardinia We transfer to the east coast, riding over mountainous roads to reach our second base hotel in Arbatax. Enjoy Sardinia’s rugged terrain and scenic beauty along the way.
Day 7 (0 km): East Coast Sardinia Rest day! Take the opportunity to explore the local town or harbor, or perhaps even rent a small boat to explore the coast.
Day 8 (285 km): East Coast Sardinia Luggage-free once again, we ride south towards the Gulf of Cagliari, following the coastline before entering the scenic Ria di Cannas canyon. We return to the hotel on curvy back roads.
Day 9 (280 km): East Coast Sardinia A day dedicated to Sardinia’s mountain roads, with endless twists and turns. We return via the iconic SS125, one of the island's most famous routes.
Day 10 (290 km): East Coast Sardinia to Golfo Aranci On our last day on the island, we head north on the SS125 once more. Serpentine roads to Monte Limbara provide an exciting finale before reaching the ferry port at Golfo Aranci for the overnight journey back to the mainland.
Day 11 (375 km): Livorno to Riva del Garda Arriving on the mainland early, we ride through the Apennine mountains' curvy roads, then take a fast Autobahn section. Near Lake Garda, we’ll enjoy the scenic roads along Monte Baldo before our overnight stay near Riva del Garda.
Day 12 (426 km): Riva del Garda to Munich Our final day takes us through the Trentino area, crossing Penser Joch before joining faster roads back to Munich, where we return the rental motorcycles and bid farewell.

I’ll be there to offer tips and guidance along the way, helping you build confidence and refine your technique as you tackle some of this trips most thrilling roads. For more advanced riders, many sections of the tour allow you to take on the road at your own pace, so you can push your limits. Our group structure ensures everyone rides at their comfort pace, making this tour a rewarding experience for all skill levels.

The tour price includes comprehensive planning, a dedicated tour guide throughout, accommodations, and breakfast each day. You will stay in carefully selected 3- and 4-star hotels, each chosen for its unique charm, location, or historical significance. Breakfast is included, and we will either dine at the hotel or have nearby options, giving you the chance to savor local cuisine after a day on the road. You will also receive GPX data for each route to enhance your riding experience. I will be capturing parts of our journey on social media, sharing highlights on Instagram and in YouTube videos, so you will have memorable snapshots to look back on. For accommodations, booking is encouraged for shared double rooms, where you will be paired with a compatible roommate. However, single rooms may be available upon request—just reach out to inquire.
