And when the helmet comes off? Two of Andalusia's greatest cities are waiting. A full rest day in Granada for the Alhambra and the El Albaicín district. Another in Seville for the Alcázar, the Cathedral, and the Plaza de España—followed by the best tapas evening of your life. Detailed Tour Information

Day 1: Arrival in Malaga

Welcome to the Costa del Sol! Pick up your rental motorcycle, get your gear sorted, and meet your fellow riders over dinner. Tomorrow the adventure begins.

Day 2: Malaga to Granada (215 km)

We ease into the tour with a climb out of Malaga on a road that rewards you with sweeping views back over the coast before things get properly twisty. The highlight of the day is a legendary mountain road known locally as the "Goat Road"—a winding climb that takes you from sea level into the heart of Andalusia's mountains. We finish in the magnificent city of Granada.

Day 3: Rest Day in Granada

A full day to explore one of Spain's most iconic cities. The centerpiece is a visit to the legendary Alhambra Palace—a must-see for any first-time visitor. Afterwards, lose yourself in the narrow, winding streets of the El Albaicín district, with its Moorish architecture, rooftop terraces, and unforgettable views of the Alhambra at sunset.

Day 4: Granada to Almeria (285 km)

We head into the high country of the Sierra Nevada, crossing a mountain pass that sits well above the clouds. The landscape changes dramatically as we drop toward the coast—from snow-capped peaks to arid, dramatic terrain that feels like a different country entirely. A big day with big scenery.

Day 5: Almeria to Huescar (285 km)

Today belongs to one road. We head into the mountains for a climb that regularly features on "best motorcycle roads in Spain" lists—a relentless series of perfectly paved hairpins stacked one on top of the other. If you have ever wanted to know what riding a racetrack in the mountains feels like, this is your answer. The rest of the day keeps the curves coming on smaller backroads through remote villages and dramatic canyon landscapes.

Day 6: Huescar to Cazorla (245 km)

We ride through a protected natural park and follow the shores of a stunning turquoise reservoir surrounded by pine-covered mountains. The roads here are quiet, unhurried, and full of character. We finish at a hotel perched deep inside one of Spain's most spectacular natural areas—well worth exploring on foot before dinner.

Day 7: Cazorla to Jaen (284 km)

A day of contrasts: we start in the green mountains before dropping into the surreal, rust-red landscape of a desert canyon that looks like it belongs in a Western film. The route then climbs back into olive grove country before delivering us to Jaen, dominated by a dramatic hilltop castle that has watched over the city for centuries.

Day 8: Jaen to Cordoba (324 km)

We head north into the wild, rolling hills of the Sierra Morena—one of Andalusia's lesser-known riding regions and all the better for it. The roads are flowing, the traffic is almost non-existent, and the landscape feels genuinely remote. We finish the day in the historic city of Cordoba, home to one of the most impressive monuments in the world.

Day 9: Cordoba to Seville (250 km)

We continue west through a beautiful natural park of cork oak forests and hidden river valleys—a peaceful, scenic ride that eases us gently into Seville, Andalusia's vibrant and soulful capital.

Day 10: Rest Day in Seville

A full day to explore one of Spain's most beautiful cities. Top sights include the stunning Alcázar of Seville, the magnificent Cathedral and La Giralda tower, and the iconic Plaza de España—one of the most photographed squares in the country. Save some energy for the evening—Seville's tapas scene is world class.

Day 11: Seville to Ronda (245 km)

We head south into the "Pueblos Blancos" region, riding along the shores of a picturesque reservoir and through a mountain natural park where condors circle overhead. The roads get tighter and more dramatic as we approach Ronda, a city perched impossibly on the edge of a deep limestone gorge—one of the most striking settings in all of Spain.

Day 12: Ronda to Malaga (200 km)

Our final riding day packs in some of the best moments of the entire tour. We start with a legendary stretch of tarmac that drops dramatically from Ronda toward the coast before heading inland to a dramatic gorge area that is home to one of Spain's most famous hiking routes. We finish with a ride through an otherworldly landscape of ancient rock formations before returning to Malaga for the motorcycle drop-off and a well-earned farewell.

Motorcycle rentals and rental gear items are provided by Adventure Rental in Hamburg /Munich and are subject to availability and not included in the tour price. Payment for rental items will be due at the start of the tour.
