About the Tour

Experience the Central Alps Grand Tour – All Top 50 Passes of the Central Alps in One Epic Journey
Get ready for the ultimate Alpine motorcycle adventure. This self-guided tour is built for riders who want it all—every legendary pass, every breathtaking vista, every unforgettable moment the Central Alps has to offer. With 33 of the Top 50 Alpine passes included in a single itinerary, this is the most comprehensive and thrilling route through the heart of Europe's greatest riding terrain.
Born from rider demand and a passion for creating the perfect Alpine experience, this Grand Tour takes a fresh approach. The direction of travel has been reversed and extra days added to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience—including three spectacular roads not featured in the Central Alps Discovery tour: the Silvretta High Alpine Road with its stunning glacier scenery, the Großglockner High Alpine Road—Austria's highest surfaced mountain road—and the dramatic Passo di Stalle with its narrow one-way traffic sections carved into the mountainside.
Even if you have ridden the Central Alps Discovery tour before, this will feel like an entirely new adventure. Every day you set off to tackle the most iconic roads in the Alps—on your own schedule, your own pace, with full GPX navigation and a comprehensive route pack taking care of every detail.
Imagine conquering the legendary Stelvio Pass with its 48 hairpins, carving through high-alpine toll roads with pristine glacier views, and tackling the spectacular Gavia Pass—one of the highest and most dramatic passes in Italy. You will ride the Großglockner High Alpine Road, reaching 2,504 meters at the Hochtor Pass with a side trip to the famous Edelweißspitze viewpoint. Each day brings new challenges, new scenery, and new memories that stay with you long after the final mile.
The itinerary balances world-famous passes with routes that stay well away from the crowds, giving you the full Alpine experience without the tourist traffic.
For those coming from further away or simply looking to experience the ride on a top-notch machine, premium adventure motorcycles are available to rent, including models from BMW and KTM.
This isn't just a tour. It is THE Central Alps Grand Tour experience—every pass, every turn, every moment built to blow your mind.
