About the Tour
Experience the Central Alps Grand Tour – All Top 50 Passes in One Epic Journey
Get ready for the ultimate Alpine motorcycle adventure! This guided tour is designed for riders who want it all—every legendary pass, every breathtaking vista, every unforgettable moment the Central Alps has to offer. With 33 of the Top 50 Alpine passes every major pass in this region included in a single itinerary, this is the most comprehensive and thrilling tour through the heart of Europe's greatest riding terrain.
Born from rider demand and my own passion for creating the perfect Alpine experience, this Grand Tour takes a fresh approach to our most popular tour, the Central Alps Discovery.
I have reversed the direction of flow and added a couple of extra days to provide this one-of-a-kind experience, including three spectacular roads not featured in the Discovery tour: the Silvretta High Alpine Road with its stunning glacier scenery, the Großglockner High Alpine Road—Austria's highest surfaced mountain road—and the dramatic Passo di Stalle with its narrow one-way traffic sections carved into the mountainside.
Even if you have ridden the Central Alps Discovery tour before, it will feel like an entirely new adventure. From the moment you arrive in Munich, you will be in the company of like-minded riders, setting off each day to tackle the most iconic roads in the Alps—without the hassle of planning or navigating.
Imagine yourself conquering the legendary Stelvio Pass with its 48 hairpins, carving through high-alpine toll roads with pristine glacier views, and tackling the spectacular Gavia Pass—one of the highest and most dramatic passes in Italy. You will ride the Großglockner High Alpine Road, reaching 2,504 meters at the Hochtor Pass with a side trip to the famous Edelweißspitze viewpoint. Each day brings new challenges, new scenery, and new opportunities to bond with your fellow riders, creating memories and friendships that last well beyond the final mile.
My expertly crafted itinerary balances world-famous passes with routes that stay well away from the crowds, giving you the full Alpine experience without the tourist traffic.
For those coming from further away or simply looking to experience the ride on a top-notch machine, we offer the option of renting a premium adventure motorcycle, including models from BMW and KTM
Join me for the ride of a lifetime. This isn't just a tour; it is The Central Alps Grand Tour Experience—every pass, every turn, every moment designed to blow your mind.
“Oliver is No.1! I have done motorcycle tours in Europe with other operators, but overall this experience was my favourite. The ‘vibe’ you get from MotoVibes is exactly as you perceive from Oliver’s videos. He is very friendly, personable, knows the best routes, and is a fabulous rider. The partnership between MotoVibes and Stephan with the rentals is flawless. The trip provided outstanding riding, jaw dropping scenery, and new friendships forged with like-minded riders from around the world. If you are solo, don’t worry about it. As long as you speak the language of most of the group, everything else falls away and Oliver sets the tone for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.”

“I had the great pleasure of participating in the Central Alps tour. MotoVibes and Oliver’s media and marketing presence led to high expectations on my side. But in reality, they over-performed and surpassed all my expectations by far. I hereby extend my highest recommendations and can only urge anyone with a real Motorcycle Adventure dream to book with MotoVibes and Oliver.”
— ★★★★★ Morten Andersen, Denmark
“The Central Alps Tour was nothing less than amazing! Oliver has crafted a fantastic selection of the best roads in the Alps. This is motorcycle riding paradise!”

Tour Profile / Skill Level:
This tour is designed for riders who thrive on the excitement of mountain roads and full days of riding, balanced with opportunities to take in the breathtaking scenery. Each day’s route features approximately 5 hours of net riding time—actual time spent on the bike—leaving plenty of room for photo stops along stunning Alpine landscapes and iconic mountain passes.
Covering daily distances of 215 to 280 kilometers through the heart of the mountains, this tour strikes the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation. After each day’s ride, you’ll have ample time to unwind, immerse yourself in the local culture, and connect with fellow riders—making the experience as fulfilling off the bike as it is on it.
Ideal for intermediate riders, this journey offers a variety of terrain, including hairpin turns, sweeping curves, and narrow mountain roads. The pace is thoughtfully planned to allow you to fully appreciate each region’s unique character, with scenic stops for photos, local dining, and visits to historic landmarks.

Group Riding
One of the most rewarding aspects of this tour is the shared experience of riding with like-minded enthusiasts. There’s something special about exploring the open road together, conquering mountain passes side by side, and sharing the day’s highlights over dinner each evening.
Many riders find that the friendships formed on tours like these last well beyond the final day, creating a sense of camaraderie that adds a whole new dimension to the journey. Riding in a group does require a bit of give and take, as everyone’s safety and enjoyment depend on mutual respect and a spirit of cooperation.
